Dear Dungeon Fighters, In December and January, due to technical issues, some players unfortunately lost their purchased avatar items. Please be advised that this issue has since been resolved as of January 13, and we have not received new reports about it since. On Wednesday, January 27, we will be compensating players who lost avatar items and submitted a ticket to Nexon America's Customer Support with detailed information on lost avatar items. Affected players will receive 2,500 NX Prepaid (the cost of one Avatar Token) for each lost avatar item. Please be aware that we are still currently investigating the tickets that have been filed, and players who filed false reports will have appropriate action taken against their accounts. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we resolve this matter.
