Paragon Studios has let us know that they have released the latest 'vi-doc', a video feature produced in house, to introduce City of Heroes players to the denizens of the city of Praetoria. ViDoc #3 gives players a look at the Going Rogue expansion with its awe inspiring new power set effects. The video also gives a close up look at Emperor Cole, Desdemona and Maelstrom. David Nakayama, Art Lead at Paragon, talks about the limitless possiblities with the power sets and shows off the four new sets coming in the Going Rogue expansion. Nakayama and systems design lead Matt Miller discuss Emperor Cole, the most recongnizable character from City of Heroes. Cole became emperor after defeating his enemies and pretty much wiping out everything but Praetoria. Players will have the choice of being a loyalist to Cole or to work in the reistance. Melissa Biaco, lead designer for Going Rogue, talks about the 'gray' nature of the expansion. "Not everything", she states, "is black and white." There's also a nifty insider peek at the way animations are created -before- they are actually computerized. Don't miss it!
